With the Baby Blueshirts time in Traverse City over for another year, we can now look forward to the next step in pre-season: Training Camp. Camp opens tomorrow ahead of the Rangers first pre-season game against the Devils next Wednesday and all eyes will be on the likes of Carl Hagelin and Tim Erixon to see if they can continue to build on their strong personal showings in Traverse City over the past few days.
Erixon, right now at least, seems the safest bet to crack the line-up, but Hagelin and Ryan Bourque will certainly feel they can win a spot on the Blueshirts bottom-six this fall after some big performances in Michigan.
