This from Columbus Blue Jackets beat writer Aaron Portzline:
Confirmed by #CBJ GM Scott Howson that Nash has not been traded by 3 p.m. deadline.

Following weeks of speculation, you can officially close the book on Rick Nash coming to the New York Rangers during the season. What may happen in the offseason is a completely different story, however.
Please remember that, even though the 3PM deadline has passed, deals can still be announced for the next hour or so as long as the trade call was made to the NHL before 3PM. As of now, it appears the Blueshirts stood pat but only time will tell for sure.
Don’t know details, but indications are NYR made a mammoth offer for Rick Nash today and CBJ declined.#tradecentre
