The inevitable has finally happen.

Boston College standout Chris Kreider—fresh off his second collegiate championship with the Eagles—has reportedly agreed to terms with the New York Rangers on an entry-level deal.

Kreider would be eligible to join the Blueshirts for their Stanley Cup run.

For the Rangers to want to bring in a kid straight out of college to the playoffs indicates the team’s belief in Kreider’s talents.
