Clear as day isn’t it? I’m curious to know if they paid for the rights to use it. I’m sure James Dolan would like to file a lawsuit if they didn’t actually pay to use the rights.

    The song actually was written by Ray Castoldi so Rangers don’t have any rights to it even if they wanted to sue.

    The song was written by Ray Castoldi who has been the organist at MSG for a long time. Since he is the copyright holder he can definitely pursue Houston Dynamo if they are playing the song without his permission. Looks like Houston is so retarded that they were also not able to choose a name by themselves too. Many Russian teams (both hockey and soccer) used to be named Dynamo so my guess this is where they stole the team name.. In fact the name Dinamo/Dynamo was established some 100 years ago in Russia.
