The Rangers hit the ice for practice today in Greenburgh and Pat Leonard tweets that the Rangers lines at practice are:

  • Rick Nash, Brad Richards, Marian Gaborik
  • Chris Kreider, Derek Stepan, Ryan Callahan
  • Carl Hagelin, Brian Boyle, Taylor Pyatt
  • Mike Rupp, Jeff Halpern, Stu Bickel

Woah Stu Bickel on offense? Stop me if you’ve seen this before. I remember Bickel playing forward last year against the Penguins, and it not going so well.

Arron Asham is not on the ice and I’m assuming he’s hurt/sick. No way John Tortorella will just take Asham out of the lineup to move Bickel to forward.

Steve Eminger is skating as the 6th defenseman as well so maybe our prayers have been answered.

Chris Kreider is also skating (as you noticed above) and Andrew Gross says he looks “Ok”.

I’ll be sure to give you some more updates later. Also be sure to check back for my Pre-Game overnight five questions.
