Dallas made a big move last year that didn’t work out too well for them. They traded Steve Ott for Dereky Roy, who only played 30 games for them and then signed with St Louis this past off-season. This time, they traded Loui Eriksson for Tyler Seguin and Rich Peverley which adds some much-needed depth. They also added Shawn Horcoff to the mix and appointed Jamie Benn as their new captain. With a whole new look to the team, this is what Dallas might need to push them into the playoffs once again. they have the talent, but can Lehtonen stay healthy? That remains to be seen.
