So with the Rangers off the next couple of days hopefully things start to become better for the team, as they start getting healthier, and we get news on Rick Nash in regards to how he’s feeling (concussion symptoms). But as soon as we find something out, you will as well. Here is hoping for some positive news coming out of Rangers practice today.

In NHL action last night, the Ducks celebrated their 20 years of being an NHL franchise by inviting the 1993-94 team, and wearing a jersey that is seemingly a favorite to everyone: the purple sweater. Yes, they were Mighty last night, and they continued their tare beating  Bobby Ryan and the Senators 4-1. Senators goaltender Craig Anderson got chased after the first 4:30 of the game after giving up 2 goals rather quickly.

Corey Schneider did his best to keep the Devils in the game yesterday, but their lack of offensive issues continue as they lost to the Jets 3-0. 2 goals by Evander Kane really changed the game for the Jets as they played a solid game, and former Ranger Al Montoya picked up a shut out in the process.

Nail Yakupov of the Edmonton Oilers, is currently displeased with coach Dallas Eakins benching him. His comments though, justify why he’s being benched, and clearly, Eakins made the right choice.

Save of the Night

Sure usually we do goalof the night, but Robin Lehner did a great job stopping a goal from going into the Senators net last night, and denied Corey Perry his chance of getting a hat trick:
