New York Rangers' Blueshirts Daily: 2/4/14

Good Morning New York Rangers family!!! It’s FINALLY game day! Who’s excited? It seems like an eternity since last we saw our boys on the ice but it’s only mere hours away from game time now. Let’s get down to some daily news.

Ryan Callahan remains quiet about the rumors surround his contract and trade talks, there really isn’t much to say there. Pat Leonard gives us an inside look at practice from yesterday and maybe you can discern something from between the lines.

As our regular readers know, we run our pregame reports in the afternoon on game day. Sometimes it’s nice to see another perspective. I wonder if the Rangers and the Madison Square Garden fans can get Patrick Roy riled up tonight?

The Hartford Wolf Pack also plays tonight. Dylan McIlrath will not be taking part in the festivities. Once again, McIlrath is out injured. It’s a shame he can’t figure out a way to not get hurt. If anyone has ideas to keep him healthy, a discussion needs to be had. It’s all about preservation now.

Short and simple we’ve got your news. Stay tuned for more great articles and catch up on the ones you missed over the last couple of days.
