Remembering The Sochi Olympics

The Olympic rings at the Opening Ceremony were a huge undertaking. From a viewer standpoint it seemed like floating flowers, meant to be snowflakes, opened up into the rings. Except there was that one ring that wanted to stand out, in a country where semblance is the popular mindset. The irony of this is comical. The amount of working parts and interactive points involved in this undertaking are more complex than what meets the eye. Believe me when I say there is an immense amount of work to making what seems simple work.
