We’ve had an interesting start to the day here, and why not. It’s the day after a tough loss to the Philadelphia Flyers. It seems as though Daniel Carcillo wasn’t enough of a deterrent for his former team to stop taking runs at the Rangers. There is no time to waste pining over that loss. We have another GAME DAY! The Rangers are set to host the Boston Bruins tonight.
Yesterday, Derek Dorsett returned to the line-up and Brian Boyle was pushed back to center as Dominic Moore was a healthy scratch. I’m interested to know how you guys felt about this roster move. Yesterday we saw something we have to hope is only a fluke, but history says other wise. Post-Olympic struggles from Lundqvist are a scary thought after the way he started the season and the way he was able to get back to his game. Let’s hope he gets back into his standard playing form quickly so the Rangers can make a strong Cup run.
We don’t know what the fourth line will look like today so it could be a very interesting game tonight. Let’s get things ready and shake it up. It’s time to take down another giant; oh the double entendre… We beat the Penguins and we beat the Blackhawks, TWICE. We can beat the Bruins too!
