Hello again New York Rangers fans and welcome back to game day! The Rangers are preparing for the Edmonton Oilers tonight at 8pm ET, it’s another late game due to time zones.
There are some line shake ups for tonight among the Rangers and who knows what might happen. Cam Talbot was announced as the starter after practice yesterday and the lines were juggled a bit during practice. The Rangers’ head coach, Alain Vigneault, needed to make adjustments with Martin St. Louis and Daniel Carcillo. The bottom six seems to be staying together, which is good because they have been the season’s most consistent lines. Here is a look at the top six shake up, according to Pat Leonard.
With a little more in-depth conversation from St. Louis, Jim Cerny has a different look at the line changes. The team is taking the loss to Calgary very hard, and is not considering the hot streak the Flames have had recently. While a loss is still a loss, there’s no reason to beat themselves up over that one.
The New York Rangers’ alum are looking for a house party to crash when the Rangers take on the Canadiens at the end of the season. Is your couch the place for one of the greats to watch the game? Check out the official contest rules and enter for your chance to win one of many prizes.
