New York Rangers: Poll Will they Win Game Five?

New York Rangers Goaltender Henrik Lundqvist makes forty saves in a ridiculous effort to keep his teams season alive. Martin St. Louis and Benoit Pouliot scored for the New York Rangers and both will be counted on to provide depth scoring in game five in Los Angeles. Will the New York Rangers win game five? There’s a poll below I’d like you to share your answer. Will the New York Rangers go on and mount a comeback? Or will their season end in Los Angeles against the Kings in game five?

The New York Rangers Poll: Will They Win Game Five?

The New York Rangers were out-played by the Los Angeles Kings in game number four, but managed to leave victorious! The New York Rangers out-played the Los Angeles Kings in games one and two yet they lost both! Thanks in large part to the play of “the king” Henrik Lundqvist the New York Rangers held on through the onslaught the Los Angeles Kings brought in the third period to play another game towards the cup. The only way they can go on to play a game six is if their goaltender plays a similar game. Luck is turning in the New York Rangers favor with the “Ice Fort” built up in the crease in front of Henrik Lundqvist’s goal line.
Still not enough playing time for star player Rick Nash for our liking. Coach played him for less than ten seconds in game four on the power play. How is that going to help you score on the man advantage without your best scorer? Alain Vigneault has made the right moves but that I can’t agree with. He at the very least has to be out there for two minutes of power play time and please move Brad Richards off the point. He can play but not on the point, please coach.

We are an optimistic bunch! Apparently NYR will be hosting a Game 6. Completely agree with you about more Vitamin Nash and less Point Starving Richards on the power play. Richards no longer has the skills and footspeed to handle the point. Putting a forward on the point is a risk anyway. We’ve both said it: Put Stralman there already. Put Nash or Kreider in front, one on each unit. Get Dom Moore taking some draws. To score on Quick you need to get a tip, misdirection and/or give him something to think about besides the puck carrier. Tamper with LA’s rink cooling system so we can keep building ice forts. Whatever it takes!

I see the ranger fans are drinking the Kool-Aid again,

Why do you have to be a hater? It was a simple poll! Did you get your vote in by the way? You should have plenty of time to drink all the kool-aid you want with the offseason and all. I’m sorry if I offended you by doing my job but I’m sure there’s a Habs site you can go talk to fellow fans about it with. Why not a cold ice tea! Kool-Aid has too much sugar anyway!
