Chris Kreider-Blitzen

While Dasher may be fast, there isn’t a reindeer who can keep up with Blitzen. He is fast and powerful, much like Kreider. Since he emerged as a star in the playoffs for the Rangers in 2011, Kreider has wowed the NHL with his ability to motor. His speed is second to none and he is one of the most gifted skaters in the NHL.

We remember Kreider jumping out of pools and blowing by defenders with regularity. His speed is certainly something you don’t forget. After a breakout season last year, Kreider is playing on the teams top line this season and despite a slow start, still showing why he can be on of the Rangers most dynamic players.

The speed of Kreider is something you don’t see often and when it is combined with the power he possesses, his skills are rare at any level. Kreider has lighting-like speed, much like Blitzen and his quickness can electrify the entire team.
