My three stars of the game

  1. Henrik Lundqvist should get all three stars.  His work in the second and third period were as fine as any goaltending he has ever done.  It was a typical Lundqvist effort, featuring outstanding positioning and anticipation.  He was awesome.
  2. Boo Nieves came back from being a healthy scratch to score the winning goal.  It was all Boo as he led the rush into the offensive zone and unleashed a wicked backhand that beat Jake Allen.  He now has two goals on the season and is making an argument why he should remain in the lineup.
  3. Mats Zuccarello got back on the scoresheet with the first period power play goal.  He played his third straight dynamic game with three shots and three blocked shots.

dark. Next. Lessons to be learned from Buffalo
