Last week, I tackled some of the ups from the New York Rangers’ roster this season. However, the downs have been plentiful this season.

The New York Rangers have had a whirlwind of a season so far. They’ve had their ups and, in a rebuilding season, certainly plenty of downs. Recently, the Rangers have been experiencing more low points than high. They are 3-5-2 in their last 10 and are on a four game losing streak.

With a myriad of players coming in and out of the line up, there’s bound to be ups and downs as a team. However, with that comes players individually struggling as well. Whether it be struggling defensively or in point production, the Rangers have experienced it all so far.

With the trade deadline fast approaching, changes are going to be made. Underperforming veterans will soon be switched out for more kids, and rightfully so. With the present looking bleak due to the Rangers’ poor play, bringing in more fresh faces will make the rebuild more tolerable. And who knows, some of the players on this list may not be in a Rangers’ jersey by the end of the season.
