Left Wings

While it looks like the team is set on the left side, things could change and it’s mostly up to Alexis Lafrenière.  He appears destined for third line duty, but if he is as good as his reputation, he could force his way into a top six role and that would mean moving Krieder or Panarin (more likely Kreider) to the opposite side.

If it is Panarin, Krieder and Lafrenière on the top three lines, it will be a battle between Brendan Lemieux and Brett Howden for fourth line minutes unless Lemieux moves to the right side.

Sure things:
Artemi Panarin
Chris Kreider
Alexis Lafreniere
Brett Howden
Brendan Lemieux

Contenders:
Phil Di Giuseppe

Dark horse candidates:
Tim Gettinger
