The 2021 season schedule has been released as the New York Ranger open the season on January 14 against the Islanders
The full schedule is out, released by the NHL with the New York Rangers home opener scheduled for Thursday, January 14.  Here is a quick look at the schedule, month by month. There are no starting times yet for any of these games and there will a television schedule to be released shortly.
As anticipated, there are a number of two game series, but it’s apparent that the NHL took advantage of the fact there are three teams in the New York Metropolitan Area to break that up when teams come to New York.
It’s an imposing schedule and promises to be an eventful season.
