Earlier this week, we took a dive into a handful of the New York Rangers’ top prospects. Yet, when taking an even deeper look, it is apparent that there are plenty of other notable options. Thus, it feels right to give them a chance in the limelight as well.

It is impossible to determine how many of these players will end up playing with the Rangers, especially when factoring in the team’s desire to become real contenders. Our previous piece already showed just how much depth they have, but that was only the beginning. These five other prospects only help strengthen it. Thus, there should be a real sense of optimism when looking at the future of this hockey club. Even if all of them do not pan out, there are an abundance of potential hits.

Before beginning, it should be noted that they are listed in no particular order. Let’s get started.
