3 Rangers stars and what’s next

  1. Ryan Reaves was the straw that stirred the drink in this game.  His shot led to Kevin Rooney’s first goal and he made a fabulous backhand pass on the second Rooney goal.  He threw six hits and his very presence on the bench was clearly a deterrent for the Rangers.
  2. Chris Kreider just keeps going and going.  While his fourth goal was gravy, his first goal was vital and jump started the Rangers offense.
  3. Kevin Rooney is quietly have a very fine  year. Second on the team in goals scored, Rooney is the epitome of the good teammate and is a bargain at $750k.  He has always  been a good penalty killer and decent on draws, but he is scoring this season.
