Coming off the back of a win that was convincing right up until the final minute, the Rangers will be looking to add to their three points from a possible four as they head into Los Angeles to take on the Kings. For the Rangers, this is a game they can win. Despite LA’s 11-8-2 record, this is a team that has been very up and down this year. Saying that the Rangers are the ultimate Jekyll and Hyde story in the NHL so who knows what will happen.

Everyone that was involved in the win over the San Jose Sharks is expected to go again tonight. That includes Igor Shesterkin who was forced into a dramatic late stop in the Shark Tank to save the game for the Blueshirts. With the reigning Vezina winner expected to go for the Rangers, he is likely going to be facing off against Jonathan Quick’s understudy, Cal Petersen.

Adam Fox will be looking to push his point streak to nine games tonight as the former Norris Trophy winner is trying to continue to build upon a solid run of production for the Harvard product. Fox will attempt to continue to lead the Rangers blueline in production as he has done for most of his NHL career to this point. While he is still incredibly young, Fox is becoming one of the big-time players for this club and the team needs him to be at his best.
