Rangers Season on the Line in Game Six Against the Devils
There’s no more room for error. One more loss and the season is over. If the Rangers want to progress through this series, they need to win both the remaining games. That is the burden they are tasked with. In order to force this series back to the Prudential Center in Newark, the Rangers need to win Game Six at the Garden. It’s do or die for the Blueshirts. They cannot afford another poor performance.
New York needs scoring help. In practice, we saw forward Artemi Panarin swap places with Alexis Lafreniere on the third line. If that can kickstart any of the Rangers’ scoring, they will have a chance to overcome their Hudson River rivals after all. New York has managed just three goals on Akira Schmid after the Devils opted to change their starting netminder following the two opening games. They need goals against the Swiss netminder and quickly.
if you are going to be at the most storied building in hockey history for this game tonight, make sure you are heard. This is going to be a difficult game for both teams. The fourth game in a series is the hardest to win and the Rangers will need the support of the Ranger faithful if they are going to come back and progress through to round two after falling behind 3-2 in this series. The Blueshirts faithful need to make themselves heard.

Puck drop time and where to watch
This game is going to start at 8 PM Eastern from the Garden. We all know that the Devils can end the Rangers’ season with a win. If the Blueshirts want to avoid following in the footsteps of their city rivals the New York Islanders to see their season end at the hands of a road team that plays in red, they will need to find a way to win tonight. If this team is to play again, there is no tomorrow unless they win today.
