A clean hockey game between the New York Rangers and the Nashville Predators resulted in a shutout for the Rangers. There are many great goals in this game, but J.T. Miller and K’Andre Miller’s teamwork gives the team an easy, smooth goal. The two players share their last names and the ability to score on the opponent.
The Rangers showed intense teamwork, which was apparent to all who watched in the ending score.
Magic happened at Madison Square Garden — The New York Rangers won and got their two points, putting them one step closer to the beloved wildcard spot. J.T. and K’Andre connected and evoked teamwork. There were no goals for the Nashville Predators as Rangers' goaltender Jonathan Quick made sublime saves to take away their scoring chances. The Rangers had initiative as soon as they entered the ice. The vivacity of this team was high during this game.
A miracle happened for the Rangers because they hadn’t had a shutout game since Jan. 21st, and this inspiring hockey score wouldn't be without the work of J.T. and K’Andre. Two teammates sharing the same last name has to be exciting for them and connect them.

Both players scored and put the Rangers ahead of the Predators. J.T. served up a power-play goal at the beginning of the second period. The puck gracefully entered the net with a great pass from his teammate Artemi Panarin. The Rangers were already up one from Panarin’s previous goal. Great play continued minutes later when J.T. assisted K’Andre with an incredible goal. The pass from J.T. to K’Andre was effortless, and the way the puck glided to K’Andre showed they were on the same wavelength.

Once the goal horn went off, this dynamic duo expressed gratitude to each other by giving each other an awarding fist bump. Both players knew it was a great goal that wouldn’t have happened without their collaboration.

K’Andre hasn’t scored in some time. The last time he did it was on Feb. 2nd, so it has been a month with no goals for him. Though, K’Andre has ended his goalless month.
Will there be more invigorating goals from the Blueshirts who share their last name? It must be uplifting to see “Miller” on a Ranger jersey and then see it twice on the ice; it makes it even more special.
