Breakdown of players invited

Many of the names listed above are very familiar, and the roster is mostly comprised of NHL players and those who will be playing for the Hartford Wolf Pack.

For an easy guide of who is who, this is a great tweet from Hope. The names you may not be familiar with include those in yellow and red, as well as the ones in blue.

In terms of the UFA invites, here's a quick rundown of the two players invited.

Corbin Vaughan is a 6'1", 198-pound defenseman who spent 124 games in the WHL with the Regina Pats. He's a physical defender who likes to hit, and play a defensive game. Offense isn't something to expect from him, and he's likely playing to earn a spot with the Hartford Wolf Pack.

Tim Lovell is a 23-year-old defender who is on the smaller side at 5'10" and 161 pounds. He has 129 games of NCAA experience in which he scored 12 goals and added 69 assists for 81 points. He played for Jukurit in Liiga (Finland) and had a deal with Adler Mannheim in the Germany DEL but didn't appear in a game.

In addition to them, you also have the previously invited players who are on PTOs including Andrej Sustr, and Conor Sheary.
