After Saturday, Nov. 30, the New York Rangers are finally back in the win column. After five straight losses, the Blueshirts defeated Montreal — 4-3 — at Madison Square Garden.

While the Rangers only won by a goal differential of one, the game was a huge success for the Blueshirts. Nine different Rangers recorded points in the matchup, including three players who scored over one point.

Adam Fox, Artemi Panarin and Mika Zibanejad led the way with two points each. But there was plenty of talent on display overall. Let's break down three key takeaways from Saturday's victory in New York City.

1. Is Mika Finally Producing?

Zibanejad has had a lackluster season thus far, to say the least. In the second period though against the Canadiens, he kept the shot from the top of the circle, moving to the high slot and whipping it in on the power play. This stretched the lead to 3-1 late in the second period.

The Sweden native also had an assist and tallied two additional shots on goal.

"A win is a win, so I think there's a lot of positive things we can take away from this game and keep building on it," Zibanejad said.

2. Adam Fox Reaches 20-Assist Mark

Fox produced a pair of power-play assists, three shots on goal, three hits and two blocked shots in Saturday's 4-3 win over the Canadiens.

The two-helper game gave Fox 20 assists through 23 outings this season. He's earned nine of them on the power play after helping out on goals by Artemi Panarin and Mika Zibanejad in Saturday's contest. Fox has added 31 shots on net, 26 blocked shots, 15 hits, 12 PIM and a plus-4 rating this season, but he still has yet to score a goal.

Aside from all this, Fox also delivered on the defensive side of the ice with a big hit.

3. Quick on the Line

Goaltender Jonathan Quick really protected the crease and sparked chaos in MSG.

Because of Quick's performance on the line, the Rangers recorded their 1,700th franchise home win. He allowed three goals and logged 25 saves for a .893 save percentage. He is now two wins away from reaching 400 career wins.
