A lot of the New York Rangers' roster is taking a much needed two-week vacation from the ongoing National Hockey League season, but there are six players who are doing the opposite. The2025 4 Nations Face-Off will be held from Feb. 12-20 in Montreal and Boston, with teams of NHL players from Finland, Sweden, Canada and the United States competing in a round-robin tournament. This will be the first best-on-best tournament since the World Cup of Hockey 2016 in Toronto.

Urho Vaakanaienan will be a defenseman for Finland while forward Mika Zibanejad is once again representing Sweden. Four Rangers are playing for America in the famous red, white and blue β€” Chris Kreider, J.T. Miller, Vincent Trocheck and Adam Fox. With Blueshirts on the roster for three out of the four nations, it'll be interesting to see how these players do against Sidney Crosby, Nathan MacKinnon, and Connor McDavid in Team Canada.

But what we're most excited for is to see who the Rangers stars are paired with.

Lines & Pairings from the first USA Practice

The USA squad is stacked, with so many great NHL players coming from the red, white, and blue. The Rangers actually have the most members out of any NHL franchise on America's roster.

Lines & Pairings from the first Sweden Practice

The first practice for Sweden saw Zibanejad paired with William Nylander (Toronto Maple Leafs) and Rickard Rakell (Pittsburgh Penguins). This is interesting, as earlier predictions had New Jersey Devils' Bratt paired with Mika Zibanejad and William Nylander.

Lines & Pairings from the first Finland Practice

Team Finland's practice on Monday was optional. Their first game isn't until Thursday, so Tuesday will likely bring a better idea of their lines and pairings. For now, DailyFaceOff.com has Vaakanainen paired with the Florida Panthers' Niko Mikkola.
