In a back-to-back contest, the New York Rangers will be hosting the Las Vegas Golden Knights after falling 6-3 on the road against Boston.
Both hungry and desperately needing a win, the Rangers take on the Golden Knights in their second game since adding J.T. Miller to the roster via trade. And while Miller already tallied two goals in his return as a Ranger, him and the Blueshirts are going to have to lookout for Vegas goaltender Adin Hill.
The Golden Knights have a current record of 31-15-6 compared to the Rangers 24-23-4. Aside from the prior loss suffered by the Rangers — Vegas is coming off a 2-1 OT loss of their own against the Columbus Blue Jackets.
Records, trades and recent matches aside, Hill is obviously the opposing team's player to watch ahead of the Feb. 2nd matchup.
