Ahead of their final game of the preseason, the New York Rangers have made more cuts to their Training Camp roster.
New York Rangers President and General Manager Chris Drury announced over the past two days that the team has assigned 15 more players to the Hartford Wolf Pack of the American Hockey League (AHL).
On Tuesday, Oct. 1, forwards Jaroslav Chmelar, Bryce McConnell-Barker, Dylan Roobroeck, and Adam Sykora were assigned to the AHL affiliate. Blade Jenkins, Nate Sucese, and Blake Hillman were released from their PTOs and assigned to Hartford. In addition, forward Adam Erne and defenseman Madison Bowey have been released from their PTOs with New York and will attend training camp with Hartford on PTOs.
Today — Wednesday, Oct. 2, — saw forward Anton Blidh, defensemen Casey Fitzgerald and Brandon Scanlin as well as goaltenders Louis Domingue and Dylan Garand being assigned to the Hartford Wolf Pack.
The Rangers have 30 players remaining in Training Camp. The roster breakdown is as follows:

The Rangers are coming off a 5-4 preseason win over the New Jersey Devils on Tuesday night. Puck drop for the Rangers' final remaining preseason game against the Islanders is set for 7 p.m. EST on Friday.
The regular season kicks off when the Rangers travel to Pittsburgh to take on the Penguins on Wednesday, Oct. 9th. The regular season home opener is slated for Saturday, Oct. 12 when Madison Square Garden hosts the new Utah franchise.
