The New York Rangers found a way to win a hockey game in their last matchup, and are looking to get back to their consistent ways against the New Jersey Devils in the first rendition of the Hudson River Rivalry. This matchup is always fun to watch, as there is such little distance between the two historic franchises.

With that said, which three Rangers should light the lamp in tonight's matchup.

Chris Kreider

No one on this Rangers roster likes going toe-to-toe with the Devils like Chris Kreider. His greatest Blueshirt moments have come against the team in red and black, and tonight will be no different. In 50 career games, he has lit the lamp 23 times, the most against a single franchise in his career.

With the rumors swirling, and his return from injury against Montreal this past weekend, all eyes are on No. 20 in a different light than what we are used to seeing.

Adam Fox

Any game now we will see Adam Fox score a goal this season. With 20 assists under his belt, he now only needs nine more to tie Jimmy Thomson's 76-year-old record for most assists in a season without a goal.

He has been the best defenseman on this dismantled and disheveled defensive unit, once again, this season. Fox is the most crucial member of this team as he plays the complete game, 200 feet of confidence that he can get the job done every single night. He will inevitably break this cold-streak of goal-scoring.

Artemi Panarin

Another Rangers forward that needs to be closely looked at is Artemi Panarin. He started off the season very strong and has continued to perform adequately despite the Rangers falling apart as a whole. He will be crucial to this team if they want to get back to their winning ways and be considered a Stanley Cup Contender once more.

Panarin has netted 14 goals in his 33 games against the Devils, so he is no stranger to them. The Breadman will be one to watch in tonight's matchup.
